| 我国的木质纤维行业与国外同行相比有着较大的差别，主要是来源和处理方式。 Compared with foreign counterparts, China's lignocellulosic industry is quite different, mainly in source and treatment. 我国是工业制造大国，分布着大量的粮食、竹材和木材加工企业。我国塑木行业所使用的原料基本来自这些加工企业的副产物和边角料。木质纤维的原料在加工前基本已经是经过 干燥和处理程序的粉末、碎块或刨花，加工程序简单、成本低。而国外农林加工企业较少，塑木行业所使用的原料基本是建筑废弃木材和一些木材次生枝加工而成，生产过程有破碎、研磨、干燥和改性阶段，加工成本较高。 China is a large industrial manufacturing country, with a large number of grain, bamboo and wood processing enterprises. The raw materials used in China's plastic and wood industry are basically from by-products and scraps of these processing enterprises. The raw materials of lignocellulosic fibers are basically powders, fragments or particles which have been dried and processed before processing. The processing procedure is simple and the cost is low. However, there are few foreign agroforestry processing enterprises. The raw materials used in the plastic wood industry are mainly processed from abandoned building wood and some secondary branches of wood. The production process has the stages of breaking, grinding, drying and modification, and the processing cost is high. 欧洲的塑木产品的改性增强剂木质纤维，对于挤出成型，木质纤维占82%，其他是纸浆、稻壳等，而注射成型中木质纤维占80%。对于汽车塑木内饰件，采用的 纤维主要是以亚麻为主，其他为黄麻、洋麻和大麻等。 For extrusion moulding, woody fibers account for 82%, pulp, rice husk and so on. For injection moulding, woody fibers account for 80%. For automotive plastic wood interior parts, the main fibers used are linen, jute, kenaf and hemp. |
