| 一、制法不同 First, different methods of manufacture. PE木塑产品的制备主要采取冷推法;PVC木塑产品的制备可分真空成型、冷推法和三辊遏抑。 PE wood-plastic products are mainly prepared by cold push method; PVC wood-plastic products can be prepared by vacuum molding, cold push method and three roll repression. 二.原料不同 Two. Raw materials are different. PE木塑的材料主要是二、三级PE回收料加木粉、钙粉和少量改性剂。制造PVC木塑的材料主要是PVC树脂粉、PVC回收料、木粉、石粉和部分改性剂等等。 PE wood plastic materials are mainly two or three grade PE recycled wood flour, calcium powder and a small amount of modifier. PVC wood plastic materials are mainly PVC resin powder, PVC recycling materials, wood powder, stone powder and some modifiers and so on. 三.性能不同 Three. Different performance PE木塑产品重，硬度高、脆性大、蠕变也大。PVC木塑产品重量轻、硬度差、韧性好、有蠕变，没有PE木塑产品大。 PE wood plastic products are heavy, with high hardness, brittleness and large creep. PVC wood plastic products are light weight, poor hardness, good toughness, creep and no PE wood plastic products. 四.用途不同 Four. Different uses PE木塑的产品主要是以室外园林建设为主，绿可木如护栏、地板、垃圾桶、花池，托盘等等。 PVC木塑产品主要是室内一点扮饰料，如门、地板、踢脚线，门套等等。 PE wood plastic products are mainly outdoor garden construction, green wood such as guardrails, floors, garbage cans, flower pools, trays and so on. PVC wood plastic products are mainly decorated indoors, such as doors, floors, skirting lines, door covers and so on. |
